Made in Japan by Yamaha in the mid 1990's, the MGS-Standard was the signature model for Chage of the Japanese duo Chage & Aska. Basswood body with a vibrant metallic red finish bolted onto a maple neck (13.75" radius, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3kg's. Loaded with Yamaha's telecaster pickup loadout (Live-GS6 and Live-GS7 Alnico V single coils) controlled by a three-way selector.
Very clean used condition as pictured with light signs of wear, appears all original except for the missing strap buttons. Frets are shiny and play smooth with only very minor play wear, truss works well and the neck is straight.
