Made in Japan in early 1989, this is a non-catalog version of the Burny RFB-80 reverse Firebird model wearing a vintage white finish (instead of the usual brown sunburst shown in the catalog). Slim mahogany body with a slim 60's mahogany set-neck construction and a 22 fret bound rosewood fingerboard (12" radius, 628mm scale length), it weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with a pair of Fernandes mini-humbuckers along with all the original pots and wiring, this one's been loaded with a new set of Banjo style tuners but otherwise appears close to all original.
Reasonably good players condition for a 30+ year old guitar with plenty of signs of gigging play wear and some sticker tan. Frets were polished and the truss was adjusted prior to listing, some light pitting on the lower frets but they still play smoothly. Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing and is playing great.
