1987 Fernandes Japan BX-70 Short Scale Explorer (Vintage White)
Made in Japan in 1987, the BX-70 was Fernandes' modernised Explorer model. With an aged white finish on a compact alder body bolted to a maple neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (610mm scale length, 13.75" radius), it weighs 3kg's. Loaded with Fernandes VH-4/VH-6 humbuckers and a Head Crasher locking tremolo system, it's ready for whatever 80's riffs you're looking to throw at it.
Overall it's in good vintage condition with a few bumps and dings to be seen over the body and neck. Given a restring and basic Floyd setup prior to listing, the frets appear original and are in good shape, polished and shiny with plenty of life left. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts freely.
