1986 Burny RSC-80 Les Paul Custom Supreme (Cherry Sunburst)
Japanese made Burny guitars are held in high regard in the guitar community and it's very easy to see why. Made in very limited numbers in 1986, this RSC-80 was Burny's Cherry Sunburst replica of the Gibson Les Paul Supreme. Laminate figuring with a solid maple top on a mahogany body with a three-piece maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard with split block inlays, it weighs 4.1kg's. This one has aftermarket wiring harness and some generic Zebra humbuckers, aftermarket cavity covers, bridge, tailpiece and Gotoh tuners. The pickup routes have been slightly enlarged by the previous owner and there's a small gap between the current ring and the body as pictured.
Very clean cosmetic condition as pictured, received a professional setup and service prior to listing. The frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. Has a very small crack in the laminate under the strings as pictured that's been glued down and is now smooth to touch.
