Japanese made by the Matsumoku factory in late 1981, the CS-400 was Aria Pro II's simplistic double cutaway model. A higher end model with a set-neck construction, it's built with a sen ash body with a maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), weighs 3.4kg's. Factory loaded with a pair of Protomatic pickups (with a coil split toggle) controlled by a three-way selector and a pair of volume/tone knobs.
This one seems to be all original and received a full professional setup/service prior to listing. Frets are shiny with plenty of life and minimal play wear, neck is straight and plays well with an adjustable truss.
