Made by the Fujigen factory in 1977, this Greco SE-500 wears one of our favourite factory paint-jobs - "Violin Finish". Built with a subtle brown sunburst finish oiled on the two-piece ash/sen body that allows the grain to show through beautifully bolted to a maple neck with a 21 fret maple fingerboard, it weighs 3.4kg's. Loaded with the original (and often critically acclaimed) Maxon Excel alnico single coil pickups, Greco branded tuners and a Japanese tremolo system, it appears to be close to all original.
Good vintage condition with light signs of wear to the body, frets and neck. The frets have some light pitting and playwear but were polished prior to listing and play well, the truss was adjusted and the neck is straight. The electronics were flushed and work as they should.
