1960's Teisco Japan BS-101 Short Scale Bass (Sunburst)
Japanese made by Teisco in the mid 1960's, the BS-101 was a wee little bass with a whole load of charm. With a compact body and the same scale length as a Gibson Les Paul (628mm), it weighs just 2.7kg's. Looks to be a mahogany body and rounded mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard.
It's seen some use over the years but still plays well. Truss could use tightening however the adjustment screw has cracked off and will need replacing before you can straighten the neck. The pickup sounds good and both volume and tone knobs work as they should. Sold as-is.
