1990 Yamaha Japan SG-RR Junior Double Cutaway w/P90's (Black)
Made in Japan in 1990, the Yamaha SG-RR series have skyrocketed in popularity in recent years due to their outstanding quality and simplicity for a very reasonable price. Basswood body with a bolt on mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs just under 3kg's. Gotoh tuners, a pair of Yamaha P90 pickups and single volume/tone control give this a nice tight tone.
Good vintage condition as pictured with some basic wear and a few small dings, received a restring and basic setup prior to listing. Frets show some wear but are shiny and clean and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. Looks to be all original except for an aftermarket Tusk nut and one replaced string ferrule on the back.
