2004 Fender Japan '62 Reissue Stratocaster w/Custom Shop Pickups (Relic 'burst)
Japanese made in 2004, this is a heavily modified '62 reissue Stratocaster with a heck of a lot of character. Alder body with a maple neck and 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, weighs 3.7kg's. The body has been professionally relic'd then buffed/polished so it's smooth to touch rather than the jagged feeling that some amateur relics can be left with. Loaded with a set of aftermarket Fender Custom Shop USA pickups along with an upgraded tremolo system, it's currently strung with Ernie Ball 12-56's.
Professionally serviced prior to listing, plays well with a smooth neck and adjustable truss. The frets are polished and smooth with plenty of life left.
