Made by the Tokai factory 1999, the TL52-80TX was Fender Japan's premium reissue of the '52 style Telecaster with all the period-correct aesthetics including flathead screws, brass saddles and a button string tree. Part of the "Premium Vintage" series, it features an aged natural finish on a light ash body with a 21 fret maple neck (7.25" radius, slim slight V profile, vintage gauge frets) and weighs 3.7kg's. Loaded with the original factory Fender USA Texas Special pickups, it's got a Mojotone wiring harness installed and a new output jack socket.
Good overall used condition as pictured with only very slight cosmetic bumps and dings, restrung and given a professional service prior to listing. Truss works well and the frets are shiny with some light pitting but still have plenty of life.
