Japanese made in the 1970's as part of Yamaha's "Super Bass" series, the SB-600 was a mid-range model aimed at competing with Fender's Jazz Bass. Solid Nato body with a three-tone sunburst finish, maple neck with a walnut skunk stripe (34" scale, 44mm nut width, 20 frets), it weighs 4.2kg's. Looks to have had the knobs replaced and the pickguard slightly modified near the top horn otherwise it seems to be original.

Good used condition as pictured with a few cosmetic bumps and dings. Truss works well and the neck is straight, frets have plenty of life and play smoothly.
