Made by the Fujigen factory in early 1983, the AR300 was one of the most popular Artist models in the Ibanez range (both then and now). Carved maple top with a mahogany body set to a three-piece maple neck with a 22 fret ebony fingerboard (628mm scale length, 44mm nut width), it weighs a beefy 4.6kg's. Loaded with the original Super 58 humbuckers controlled by a standard Les Paul style control setup with two "Tri Sound" mini toggles along with the original Velvetune machine heads, Quik Change II tailpiece and Gibraltar bridge.

Overall this one's in reasonable condition for it's age with plenty of basic signs of wear and tear from general use. The frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left and the neck is straight with a fully functional truss. There's some binding rot/crumble that's common for these but most of it seems to be stable at this stage.
