1987 Greco Japan K-FA-ORN Super Real (Gretsch 6120) Guitar (Natural)
The "Gretsch" models are some of the rarest and most desirable models that Greco ever released. Made by the Fujigen factory as part of their Super Real line of the 1980's, this '87 model K-FA-ORN was their take on the famous 6120 design. Hollowbody maple construction with a slim maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.5kg's.
The true beauty is evident in the design, with the Fujigen factory sparing no expense to bring the Gretsch aesthetic. Custom fabricated parts include Filtertron style pickups, custom pickup rings, G stamped knobs, screw in strap buttons, thumbnail inlays and a Bigsby style vibrato.
Very clean overall condition as pictured, includes the original paperwork and hard case. Restrung with Ernie Ball 10-52's prior to listing with a fret polish and fretboard oil. Frets have plenty of life and play shiny and smooth, electronics are original and work well.
Greco logo was unfortunately removed from the headstock and replaced with a Gretsch logo.
