1979 Greco Original GOBII750 Double Cutaway Neckthrough Bass (Natural)
Designed in the late 1970's to compete with the Ibanez Musician and Studio series basses, the Greco GOBII (Greco Original Bass) was an update to the first GOB designs.
Built with ash wings and a maple/walnut neck-through construction along with a maple fingerboard. Loaded with a single passive Maxon pickup with master volume/tone control. 41mm nut width and a 34”cm scale length with 24 frets, it weighs 4.2kg's.
Heavily used condition as pictured with some sticker tan on the back and scratches on the top of the body. Frets are low but are shiny and reasonably smooth, it appears all original except for the new jack and volume pot. Fretboard has some slight ski ramp and lifting on the higher frets (on the bass side only) and the truss is firm, sold as-is.
