From the BC Rich Japan catalog from 1992, this is the MG-601 Mockingbird model that was factory loaded with a hardtail quad bridge. Slim maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard (24 frets, 648mm scale length), maple body, two BC Rich humbuckers, weighs 4.1kg's.
Good vintage condition, especially for a 90's shredder. Appears to be all except for one replaced saddle. Given a basic service and setup along with a truss adjustment prior to listing. Frets were polished and are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left. There's a chance this was refinished professionally at some point as there's no red MG-601's in the catalog, or it could be a custom order colour.
