Made in Japan under the eye of the Swiss company famous for their high quality electronics, this Levinson Blade is a seldom seen MG-2 model in a stunning blue-green burst with a matching headstock. Two piece Southern White Ash body with a slim maple neck and 22 fret fingerboard (628mm scale length), it weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with the famous Levinson pickups in a HS configuration along with an active Variable Spectrum Control (VSC) controlled by master volume and tone knobs, a 3-way pickup selector and a "pickup character" mini toggle to boost the overall signal. Features the original Levinson branded locking tuners and a Stratocaster style tremolo system with roller saddles.
These are exceptionally well built guitars and play/sound as good as they look. Good used condition for a 30+ year old guitar, basic signs of wear and tear as pictured, some scuffs/dings over the body and neck. Neck is straight and the frets are shiny and smooth, truss works as it should and it was restrung prior to listing. Has a small screw-hole crack in the headstock that has been glued, clamped and buffed so it's solid and smooth, also has a new battery clip installed.
