Made by Yamaha in Japan in 1972, the SG45 was part of the single cutaway series of SG models made before they moved towards their famous double-cut design. Flat-top nato constructon with a set mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length, 43mm nut width), it weighs 3.6kg's. Looks to be all original as pictured with Yamaha branded "Van Gent" style tuners, Yamaha humbuckers controlled by a pair of volume and tone controls and a one-piece "Terminator" style intonateable bridge.

Good vintage condition with light signs of wear, frets are well worn with some light pitting and playwear but were polished prior to listing and play well, the truss was adjusted and the neck is straight. This is a heck of a vibey old guitar!
