Made in Japan in the early 2000's, the VBS-500 answers the question of "what if the Beatles were a modern metal band?".
Made with a solid compact maple body bolted to a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard (770mm scale length, 38mm nut width), it weighs 3.2kg's. These are factory loaded with a pair of high output bass rail humbuckers (individual on/off switches and master volume/tone knobs), a Hipshot USA bridge and Gotoh tuners.
Good used condition as pictured with basic cosmetic wear and tear. Currently plays well with a functional truss and straight neck, the frets are shiny and have plenty of life.
