Made in Japan for Yamano Gakki in the early 1990's (missing the serial number sticker), the Orville LPC-75 was a Japanese built '60's reissue Les Paul Custom made under the instruction of Gibson. Orville models are critically acclaimed as they offer authorised Gibson style and specs coupled with the famous Japanese craftsmanship.

Mahogany body with a maple top, slim 60's mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard (dark enough that it looks ebony), it weighs 4.4kg's. Loaded with the original Japanese humbucker in the neck position and a 1980's Seymour Duncan Custom humbucker in the bridge, original Japanese hardware and Gotoh style tuners.

Restrung and given a basic service prior to listing, plays great and sounds very nice. Neck is straight and the truss works well, frets are smooth and have a reasonable amount of life. The finish has a few small chips but no breaks or repairs. The headstock veneer has a small amount of cosmetic separation around the binding as pictured.
