The Boss OD-2 Turbo Overdrive was the successor to the famous Boss OD-1 overdrive. Although the OD-2 was marketed as able to sound like the OD-1 with the added tone control and Turbo mode, the circuitry is very different. Unlike most overdrive pedals, the OD-2 features no IC and instead uses transistors to create it's overdrive.
The OD-2 was updated to the OD-2r to include a Remote out for easier activation of the Turbo mode.

Good vintage condition, works well and includes the original box.
