Rider acoustic guitars were made in Japan by Hayashi Gakki. This is a 1976 build made during the period that Yasuo Momose (who went on to establish Headway guitars only a few years later) was working at Hayashi just before he and some of his colleagues left the company to establish Headway Guitars.

Good vintage condition with only light wear as pictured, frets are used but have life and play well, the neck has a functional truss and is straight. Bridge was reglued and clamped professionally.
