The DNA Analogic Bass Dragger Distortion Pedal offers bassists a wide range of boost and saturation effects, with highly interactive Level, Boost, Bass, and Treble controls for precise tweaking of the input signal. High quality components keep the noise level to a minimum. The Bass Dragger can be used just like a rackmount preamp to fatten up the sound of an anemic instrument or add punch and authority to alternate playing techniques such as slapping or tapping. Higher settings allow the Dragger to act as a clean booster, perfect for bringing out the signature snarl of an amplifier's tube preamp section. The BD-1 can actually take the place of a tube pre, adding valve-like crunch and punch to any solid state amplifier. Don't feel like lugging that 70-lb. SVT out? Drag out the Bass Dragger instead!
