2012 History/Cool Z Japan Les Paul Special Fujigen MIJ (TV Yellow) w/Gigbag
Made by the famous Fujigen factory in 2012, this absolute stunner has everything you could want in a Les Paul Special. Mahogany body and neck (finished in a transparent TV Yellow) with a rosewood fingerboard. Plays and sounds great, presents as near new!
The Cool Z brand was a subsidiary of History guitars in Japan and were apparently sold for a specific store over there. Super hard to find and a real unearthed gem. All the Fujigen quality and playability you could imagine.
Japanese Gibson-style guitars (like this one) are a great alternative to a modern Gibson/Epiphone. With the hit and miss quality of modern Gibson guitars, a Japanese guitar from the 70's or 80's can prove to be a higher quality instrument that's been played in nicely. Many of these guitars will also cost you a fraction of what a new Gibson will and are also more affordable than a new Epiphone!
