2000 Fender USA American Vintage '57 Reissue Stratocaster (Nitro CAR Relic)
American made in 2000, this '57 Reissue American Vintage Stratocaster lived one hell of a life before arriving here with us. Featuring a heavy relic to the nitro Candy Apple Red finish on an alder body bolted to a maple neck (7.25" radius with lightly rolled fretboard edges), it weighs 3.5kg's. Fender stamped saddles and vintage style tuners, it's loaded with the original cloth wired single coil pickups controlled by a three-way pickup selector. One tone pot has been replaced along with a replacement strap button, otherwise it appears to be all original.
Road worn and relic'd condition as pictured, this guitar has been heavily played over it's life. The neck is straight with an adjustable truss, the frets have some pitting but were polished and play as they sit. Includes the original case and paperwork from the original purchase (from Yamano music in Japan).
