1999 Gibson USA Gothic Explorer (Ebony)
Made in the USA in 1999, this is the Explorer model from the original Gothic range of guitars from Gibson. Heavy natural relic on the black nitro finish, slim 60's neck profile with a 22 fret ebony fingerboard (628mm scale length with a single inlay on the 12th), it weighs around 4.3kg's. Grover mini tuners (say hi to Orville while you're tuning) with the original 490R/500T humbuckers, this is a real beast of a guitar.
Well loved but well looked after with a natural relic to the finish and plenty of checking to the nitro. Given a basic setup and service prior to listing, it's playing great with a straight neck and an adjustable truss. The frets are polished and are shiny with some light pitting/playwear.
