1996 Moon Japan GLB-200B Bass w/Bartolini Pickup
Moon (PGM) were established way back in the early eighties as a high-end manufacturer hand making guitars and basses for professional players on stage and in the studio. They famously worked very closely with legendary funklord Larry Graham.
Made in 1996, the GLB-200B took inspiration from the Musicman Stingray. Maple neck and fingerboard (34" scale length, 21 frets) with a stained ash body, weighs 4.3kg's. 40mm nut width and a reasonably slim neck that plays soft and smooth.
Loaded with a stock Bartolini MME tri-coil pickup, it's controlled by a 6-way rotary switch, master volume, along with treble and volume knobs. A real heavy duty 2TEK bridge system gives it buckets of sustain.
Great overall condition with signs of mild use to be seen. Neck is straight and smooth with a few blemishes as pictured, frets have plenty of life left.
