1991 Fernandes TEJ-45 Limited Edition Contemporary Telecaster (Black)
Made by Fernandes in the early 90's, this TEJ-45 is a contemporary Telecaster design aimed at competing with Charvel and Jackson. Basswood body with a bound top, painted maple neck and thick rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, 648mm scale length). Weighs 3.3kg's.
Passive factory pickups with a two-way pickup toggle and master volume/tone controls. Gotoh tuners and a stringthrough bridge.
This one has received a full setup and service prior to listing including a small paint touch-up on the neck (which is barely visible now) along with a light wet-sand to give it a smoother feel in the hand. Frets were polished and are shiny and smooth.
