1989 Greco Japan DE-70 (Danelectro 59) Double Cutaway Electric Guitar
An incredibly rare model from Greco Japan as part of their late 80's "Rockstar" series, the DE-70 was their take on the famous Danelectro 59. A great option if you're seeking a well made Dano style guitar that's a cut above the reissue.
True to the original, these are made with a particle body, faux-leather sides, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and weighs 3.1kg's. Black urethane finish on the body with a matching headstock.
15.5" radius, 628mm scale length and 21 frets. Loaded with a pair of low-output lipstick pickups controlled by concentric tone/volume pots.
Good used condition for a 30+ year old guitar with cosmetic wear as pictured. Includes the original gigbag and paperwork. Appears to be all original, given a basic service and setup prior to listing including a fret polish and restring. Frets have minimal pitting and plenty of life left.
