1989 Greco Japan BG-600 Boogie Reissue (Aged White)
It's an electric (guitar), you gotta feel it.
Made by the Fujigen factory in 1989, the Greco BG-600 Boogie was the reissue of the original BG model released in 1980. Basswood body with a slim 60's profile maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length), it weighs 3.3kg's. Original DRY passive single coils in a unique placement that give a hybrid single coil/humbucker tone with some blending options using the balancer knob. Looks to be all original with the exception of replacement knobs.
Overall it's in good vintage condition with basic signs of wear and some nicotine fading to the finish. The hardware is shiny and functions perfectly. Given a full setup and service prior to listing including a fretboard clean/oil, fret polish, truss adjustment and electronics flush. The frets have plenty of life left and play well, neck is straight and plays well.
