1989 Fernandes Japan TEJ-50G “Limited Edition” Telecaster (Black)
Made by Fernandes in 1989, the TEJ is an ultra-modern variation on the Fender Telecaster design. Glossy black finish on the body with cream binding, Stratocaster style tremolo, pointy headstock, Gotoh tuners and high-output passive HS pickup. 22 frets with a 648mm scale length and 43mm nut width, it weighs 3.6kg’s.
Very good overall condition with a few minor dings here and there. Received a basic service prior to listing including new strings and a truss adjustment, plays and sounds great. Frets have some light pitting but are shiny and play smoothly.
