1988 Schecter Japan Precision Bass w/EMG's (Candy Apple Red)
Made by Schecter in 1988 (as per the neck date), this appears to be a custom order Precision bass model. Two-piece ash body with a birds-eye maple neck (39mm nut width) and 21 fret ebony fingerboard, it weighs 4.3kg's. Factory loaded with a pair of active EMG PJ pickups controlled by two volume knobs and a master tone control.
Good vintage condition with a basic bumps and dings on the body and neck as pictured. Restrung and given a basic setup/service prior to listing including a truss adjustment and fret polish. Had a small stress crack on the headstock as pictured that was injected with glue and clamped for 48 hours so it's solid and sturdy. Has a custom pickguard installed along with possibly a replacement tuner and some new screws.
