1988 Greco Japan Super Real Series RS-90 Semi Hollowbody Electric Guitar w/Case
Produced by the Fujigen factory in Japan for very limited years in the late 80's, the RS-90 was one of Greco's more innovative designs that resembled an ES-175T (think a combination of an ES-175 and an ES-355). The body is just under 2 inches thick and is loaded with a beefy centre block that runs the whole way along the body, it weighs 3.6kg's and is capable of producing rounded jazzy tones, thick distorted growls and anything in between. Full maple construction with a rosewood fingerboard (with gorgeous inlays), plenty of very aesthetic tortoiseshell binding and accents give it class for days.
It's loaded with gold Grover tuners and a TOM bridge. One of the pickups was swapped out with a Gibson (sale includes the original Maxon humbucker too) but it's otherwise all original. Neck is straight and plays well, it's been restrung with D'Addarios and is playing and sounding great. Frets have plenty of life in them. Includes a Hiscox hard case.
