1987 Yamaha Japan Session 520 MIJ Stratocaster (Metallic White)
Made in Japan from the mid 1980's, the Session series were designed as "contemporary" workhorse guitars for professional musicians. Don't let the Yamaha name fool you, these older Japanese made models are exceptional quality and were made in the same city as Tokai and Boss!
The 520 was a mid range model that took inspiration from Fender Stratocaster design, but adds a sleekness to the contours and a HH pickup configuration for a heavier sound. Used overall condition with plenty of minor dings here and there.
Missing a screw from the string tree as pictured. Received a full professional setup prior to listing, plays and sounds great.
These were an amazing studio guitar when they were released and they've remained an amazing studio guitar now!
