1986 Tokai Japan SS-38 Silver Star '70's Stratocaster (Black)
Description:
Made by Tokai in 1986, this Japanese made Strat was aimed at replicating the CBS models made by Fender in the 70's. Alder body with a maple neck, it features a three-bolt neck plate, oversized headstock and bullet truss rod, weighs 3.8kg's. Loaded with full sized pots and SS-Hot pickups (all original to the guitar), it sounds as good as it looks.
Very good cosmetic condition with a bright shine to the gloss black finish and little to no patina on the hardware. Frets are on the low side but are polished and play well. Truss is working well and the neck is straight.
