1985 Fender Japan '72 Reissue E Series Telecaster (Blonde Relic)
You can't fake this kind of natural wear, only 30+ years of solid use can leave a guitar looking this fantastic! From the famous Fender Japan E series (that have a reputation for being some of the finest Japanese guitars ever made), this is a TL72 model that was based off the 1972 Fender USA model.
Aged blonde finish with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. 3-ply black pickguard pops nicely against the worn finish for a timeless look, all the hardware (including the Fender Japan stamped tuners and Fender stamped 3-saddle bridge) has aged with a nice patina and is still functioning great. Headstock has some cigarette burns and some slight chipping on the logo as pictured, frets have plenty of life in them and play great.
Received a teardown and setup prior to being listed so there's no surprises hiding in there and it's ready for another 30 years of use. Weighs just under 3.5kg's.
