1984 Aria Pro II SB Elite I Electric Bass Metallic White (Made in Japan)
The Aria Pro II Elite series are known as one some of the best Japanese basses to ever come out of the Matsumoku factory. Favoured by bass legends including Cliff Burton, Jack Bruce and John Taylor, the Elite I was a slightly simplified version of the famous Elite II.
Alder body with a smooth maple transmit neck (with heel-less cutaway for easy access to all 24 frets) and a rosewood 24 fret fingerboard with mother-of-pearl inlays. Weighs just under 4.6kg's.
Single MB-II dual coil pickup with a master volume and tone switch along with a "dual sound switch" to split the coil. Metallic pearl white finish, gold hardware and a brass nut.
Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing, neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life. Wiring had been cleaned up and it's got a brand new jack installed. Very few notable signs of wear.
