1983 Burny RLC-60 Les Paul Custom (Made in Japan) Cherry Sunburst
Burny guitars are held in high regard in the Japanese-made guitar community and it's very easy to see why. Built in the early 1980's, this Les Paul Custom is an example of Japanese craftsmanship recreating classic US design. Cherry Sunburst finish with aged cream binding and gold (including upgraded Gotoh bridge and tailpiece), it's a reasonable mahogany build with a plain maple top that weighs 4.1kg's. Moderate neck thickness somewhere between 50's and slim 60's.
Both pickups seem to be original with a removed cover on the bridge humbucker. Pots and wiring are also original.
Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing, good overall condition with minor cosmetic wear and tear as pictured. Has had a very impressive headstock repair as pictured, smooth to the touch with no impact on playability or tuning stability.
