1982 Greco Japan EGC57-60 Super Real Vintage Les Paul Custom Black Beauty

Part of the famous Super Real series from Greco, this is a Fujigen made Les Paul Custom from 1982. Emulating the Gibson '57 LPC model, this guitar features a mahogany body and maple top with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Weighs 4.6kg's. Loaded with three Screamin' model humbuckers. 

This guitar was lucky enough to receive a full overhaul and rebuild from Ruben Guitars in Melbourne (an expert in high end and bespoke builds and repairs with a resume that includes time spent as the head of repairs at Maton and work with prolific musicians including Paul Kelly, Powerfinger and Keith Urban). This work was done just before listing (May 2020). 

This specific guitar received a full teardown and recondition, headstock repair (completely undetectable and you'd never know if i didn't tell you) and a neck refinish in gloss black to match the original paint perfectly (again, undetectable). The guitar also received a full setup including truss adjustment/intonation/action along with a light fret dress and crown. Amazing quality from Ruben on this one and it's now stronger and more playable than ever.
