1981 Greco Japan Super Power Les Paul Standard (Ebony)
This Greco EG-450 was produced in the early 80's, and is part of the Super Real series (that are widely considered to be the first real competitor to USA made instruments of the same period). Made in the famous Fujigen factory, the early 1980's Greco builds were top notch.
Really simble ebony finish and cream binding/plastics, mahogany body with a maple top and rosewood fingerboard. The trap inlays and the open book headstock give it the classic Gibson aesthetic, chambered construction means it's a very nimble 3.8kg's and is very comfortable.
All original including the Kluson style tuners and Maxon pickups. Light patina to the hardware but all fully functional, the frets have plenty of life and play well. Received a restring and basic setup prior to listing. Frets were polished and the fretboard was oiled, truss is functional and the neck is straight.
