1981 Greco Japan FV-600 Flying V (Cherry Red) w/Gigbag
Made by the Fujigen factory in 1981, this FV-600 sat in the Greco catalog alongside some of the most famous Japanese guitars ever made. Lightweight mahogany body with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, it weighs just under 3kg's. Slim Gibson neck profile with 22 frets and a 628mm scale length. Looks to be loaded with the original Maxon U-1000 humbuckers and wiring with what could be a new pickguard (as there's some plastic protector still on there).
Great condition for a 40 year old guitar with only light signs of wear and tear. Hardware is shiny and clean with light patina, tuners work great and the electronics sound as they should. Frets have loads of life and are shiny and smooth (shows signs of a fairly recent refret), truss is working well. Has some very light markings on the top where there seems to have been a signature removed (impossible to photograph and barely noticeable).
