1980's Yamaha Japan SA-700 Super Axe Sem-Hollowbody Electric Guitar (Natural)
Made in the 1980's by Yamaha in Japan, the SA-700 was inspired by the Gibson ES-335. Maple construction with a centre-block, mahogany neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard. Iconic hollowbody shape with two F holes, weighs 4.1kg's. Beautiful natural finish with chrome hardware, it's got some great Gibson style with Yamaha flair (including their modified open book headstock).
Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing. Seems to be all original. Frets were polished and the fretboard was oiled, neck is straight and smooth. Includes the original hardcase (although it's crusty and has a cigarette smell).
