1980's Yamaha Japan BBVIs Short Scale Bass (Red)
Made in Japan in the mid 1980's, the Yamaha BBVIs was the short scale version of the BBVI. Alder body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 4kg's. 31.5 inch scale length and a 40mm nut width give it a nice compact feel while swill retaining a big sound.
It's had brand new machine heads installed, otherwise it's all original. Plays and sounds great with a functional truss, polished frets and straight neck.
