1980's Hurricane by Morris Telecaster Vintage Electric Guitar (Japan)
One of those naturally relic'd guitars that shows it's age in the best possible way. Most likely made by the Japanese Moridaira company in the 1980's, it's a natural finish blackguard telecaster with a maple neck. Body nearly looks like it's pine and has a nice weight.
Let's talk condition. Obviously it's been heavily used over the years but as it sits it's in pretty solid playing condition. The body and clear coat has plenty of shallow cracking that looks great, neck has been sanded smooth on the back and the fretboard has a load of beautiful wear. Both the back of the neck and the fretboard feel good in the hand, no real noticeable issues with either.
The bridge, bridge pickup and tuners were replaced, along with the pots/some wiring. Also has new strings on there. It's playing well as it sits but could use a light setup. Sold as-is.
