1980's Fresher Japan Personal Precision Bass (Black)
Fresher guitars were built in the famous Matsumoto region of Japan throughout the 1970's and were sold by Kyowa (responsible for importing Charvel, Jackson, Takamine etc). The Personal Bass is very obviously their Precision bass model from the early 1980's, taking a liberal amount of inspiration from the Fender models available at the time..
Glossy black finish with a maple neck, weighs in at 4.2kg's and has a 40mm nut width (57mm at the 12th fret). The headstock logo is a great example of the 80's Fresher logo design, doing everything it can to look like a big American brand without copying them exactly.
Good overall condition and plays well with a straight neck. Frets have plenty of life in them. Electronics have been serviced and are working well. Includes what seem to be the original pickup and bridge covers!
