1980's Fresher FRS Contemporary Medium Scale Precision Bass (Made in Japan)
Fresher guitars were built in the 1980's by the Matsumoto Musical Instrument Manufacturers’ Association, a consortium of suppliers in the Matsumoto region in Japan. The FRS series are a similar design to the Fender Contemporary Series guitars of the same era, with modern colours and pickup configurations.
This is the Precision style bass with a blackout aesthetic and a medium scale length (820mm). Basic volume/tone knobs and a slightly more compact feel to a standard Fender. Weighs just under 4kg's.
