1980 Yamaha SL600S Studio Lord Les Paul
From Yamaha Japan in 1980 comes this brown sunburst Les Paul. The Studio Lord series are notorious among collectors and players alike due to the reputability of the Yamaha brand and the quality of the guitars. 4.5kg's, great overall condition. Electronics rewired by previous owner. Plays and sounds great.
Japanese Gibson-style guitars (like this one) are a great alternative to a modern Gibson/Epiphone. With the hit and miss quality of modern Gibson guitars, a Japanese guitar from the 70's or 80's can prove to be a higher quality instrument that's been played in nicely. Many of these guitars will also cost you a fraction of what a new Gibson will and are also more affordable than a new Epiphone!

Good overall condition, seemingly all original (missing one knob topper and a slightly cracked pickup ring). Minor dings here and there but nothing impacting on playability.
No cracking on the headstock or neck joint, frets have plenty of life left.
Electronics work well, regular Les Paul control wiring.
