1978 Maxon PT-909 Phase Tone MIJ Japan Vintage Phaser Pedal w/Box
Description:
The Maxon PT-909 Phase Tone was an addition to the 1978 catalog from Maxon and was released alongside the new look PT-999 for a similar price. The PT-909's release soon led to the demise of the PT-999, since the pedal offered a range of tones that the single knob phaser couldn't.
The PT-909 transitioned into the "808" series in the early 80's and used the same circuit as the small box version with only a slight change to the buffer.
The Speed knob adjusts the speed of the phase, the Width knob controls the intensity of the effect and the Feedback (or resonance) knob controls the feedback of the phase.

Good overall condition, works perfectly. Includes original box.
