1978 Greco Japan EG-500 LH Left Handed Les Paul Standard (Sunburst)
A very rare left-handed model of the industry standard in the world of vintage Japanese guitars.
The late 70's Greco EG-500 is one of the most popular vintage Les Paul models on the market in recent years. Made in the Fujigen factory in 1978, this one features a pancake mahogany body with a three-piece maple neck and rosewood fingerboards and weighs 3.7kg's. Lightly flamed laminate maple top with a sunburst poly finish looks just as good as any Gibson model out there. Loaded with the original Maxon humbuckers that are famous for a reason!
Serviced and restrung prior to listing, not sure how it plays as i’m not left handed but it feels good. Frets were polished and are shiny with some life left but they’re relatively flat (likely original). Has a full new wiring harness installed (pots, switch, jacks), otherwise it appears all original.
