1978 Greco EB-500 SG Bass (Gibson EB-3L) - Made in Japan
This was Greco's 1978 take on the Gibson EB-3L series of SG basses. Finished in the trademark cherry red, it's got the mini-humbucker/mudbucker pickup combo with individual tone/volume controls and a 3-way pickup toggle (instead of the rotary). Unlike the earlier models, this is a set-neck construction with a nice contoured heel. These also feature the longer 34" scale of the EB-3L models, giving you a little more room to play with on the neck.
Good overall condition with dings as pictured, seems to be all original. Neck plays well and has plenty of life in the frets, has had a recent setup and new strings. The pots are scratchy when turned but work fine and function as they should.
