1978 Burny RLG-70 Les Paul Standard (Made in Japan)
Burny guitars are held in high regard in the Japanese-made guitar community and it's very easy to see why. Built in 1978, this is one of the last Burny models to use the "Les Paul" insignia and is an example of Japanese craftsmanship recreating classic US design. Brown sunburst finish with cream binding/plastics and chrome hardware (upgraded Gotoh tuners with no extra drilling), it's a mahogany build with a maple cap that weighs 4.3kg's. Slim 60's neck profile.
Seems all original with the exception of the knobs and tuners, the stock L-101 humbuckers sound fantastic. Good overall condition with minor cosmetic wear and tear as pictured. No signs of cracking on the headstock or neck pocket, neck is straight and the frets have plenty of life left. Received a professional setup prior to listing.
